EDUCATION

At NEPSI our commitment to excellence starts with an emphasis on education. Our on-site apprentice program consists of 400 hours of classroom instruction completed evenings at our offices. Our classes are taught by instructor, Nathan Marchant, Journeyman pipe fitter and welder, licensed in MA & CT, with over 20 years of field experience.

Our program & instruction is overseen by master pipe fitter Eric Sweet who brings over 40 years of experience and expertise in the Process Piping Industry.

Our apprentice program combines classroom hours with extensive field experience culminating in an opportunity to sit for the Journeyman licensure exam.

We believe licensure and ongoing education provide the best vehicle for excellence and safety in the field. We are committed to supporting all NEPSI field employees on the path to licensure.
