Northeast Processing Systems Inc. is a fourth generation, family owned and operated company that has a long history of providing reliable, cost-effective installations of both high purity stainless steel piping and utility piping. NEPSI has been in operation since 1971 when family patriarch Elwood Sweet founded the company in the historic, coastal town of Gloucester, Massachusetts. He passed on his passion for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service to his son Bud. Throughout the years the industry changed and evolved in both technology and equipment. With each generation the company grew and evolved to accommodate the needs of our valued clients.
At the turn of the century, Bud handed over the company torch to his son Eric who is the current President and Director of Operations. Eric is a Licensed Master Process Pipe Fitter who is currently training his own son, Tyler, as an apprentice. That’s four generations of commitment and reliability. The industry may have changed through the years but the superior craftsmanship and attention to the customer’s needs has not changed in four generations.
