When this Connecticut frozen food manufacturer needed to upgrade a significant portion of their operation to include the production of frozen pizza, they sought the help of Northeast Process Systems.
We designed and installed a turnkey system in just six weeks, staying within a strict budget. This included a Functional Specification for the control system and equipment layouts. During start up, we validated the system and provided technical support for their first batch. We took start up a step further, providing operational procedures and training their employees on the new system.
Innovation is the engine of our economy today. Chemical and industrial companies rely on sanitary methods to research, develop and test products that will one day make their way onto our store shelves. High purity tubing and utility tubing of the highest caliber can aid these companies in processing products such as fatty acids, glycerin, photographic chemicals, and other chemical compounds.
No matter whether you enjoy a Pale Ale, Lager, Stout, or a Pilsner, most brewers understand that brewing beer is not just a science but an art as well. It takes the right combination of ingredients and the best brewing conditions to make a superior beer. While the brewing process is unique to each brand, the technique at each brewery requires strict standards of sanitation and processing that NEPSI offers in both its products and service.
When an international manufacturer needed to develop a portable system for a unique new process they called Northeast Process.
Our challenge was to design a system that was flexible enough to be readily reconfigured for process trials and ergonomically easy to access all control points. We provided three dimensional approval layouts and all controls as well as fabrication of the skid. This client expects this new process approach to substantially reduce production cycle times.
