It is our goal at Northeast Processing Systems Inc. to provide three things: exceptional products, unparallelled safety and the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our field technicians are directly involved in each step of the project from design and installation all the way through cleanup and troubleshooting. Being a family business, we know the importance of providing personal and knowledgeable service. Not only do we offer the ability to complete projects under tight production schedules but also respond quickly if issues or repairs in operation are needed.
Our team of technicians have been trained on the latest equipment and advanced technology to provide customers not only with their processing needs but also offer the highest level of safety during worksite installation through the completed project. We are continually learning and maintaining our licences including the newest licensing in Process Piping and Pipe Fitting. In fact, we have a Master Process Pipe Fitter and Instructor on our team who is able to train apprentices in the latest techniques, safety and equipment. In addition, we are proud to be affiliated with the American Welding Society.
We believe our first job is to protect the integrity and quality of our client’s products while ensuring the safety of their personnel, as well as ours. We believe that training and awareness is the key to providing this. Therefore all NEPSI technicians are trained and certified in:
